We choose to work with a small team, and that shapes how we approach and deliver projects. Here’s what that means in practice and what you can expect.

Nothing gets relayed. If you have a question on Tuesday, you get an answer from someone who knows, on Tuesday.
What a project looks like
First conversation
What you’re trying to achieve. No charge, no presentation.
Scoping
Enough detail for a real estimate. The workshop starts at 500 EUR and is credited in full against the project if we go ahead.
Design
Research, structure, interface, prototype.
Build
In working increments you can see.
Launch
Migration, redirects, analytics, handover.
After
Maintenance, or a clean handover to whoever takes it on.
What being a small team means
- Capacity
- We can take on up to three projects at a time. If we’re full, we’ll tell you when we can start. We don’t take on work we can’t give enough attention to. Availability is usually two to four weeks out.
- Continuity
- Every project has two people with full access to the code, hosting, design files and documentation. No project depends on one person’s calendar.
- Bigger projects
- We bring in trusted collaborators we’ve worked with before, and we tell you who is doing what. Your point of contact stays the same and the contract stays with us, so you aren’t managing several suppliers.
- What we don’t do
- Mobile app development, paid advertising management, ongoing content writing and video production. We have people we can recommend for each of those.
Working with us from abroad
We’re in Riga, in the EU. That means EU jurisdiction and GDPR by default, working hours that overlap the whole of Europe, invoicing in euro, and English throughout.
We focus on what we do best
If your project isn’t within our area of expertise, we’ll tell you upfront and recommend someone better suited. We’d rather walk away from a project than compromise on the quality of work we deliver.
